We aim to address the stenographer shortage and ensure equal access to justice.
At the heart of our advocacy is the belief that everyone deserves equal access to justice, and everyone deserves access to the verbatim record. In the face of a shortage of stenographers, our coalition recognizes the need for immediate solutions.
By championing the use of digital reporting, we aim to alleviate critical gaps in the system, ensuring that litigants, regardless of their circumstances, have timely and unimpeded access to a comprehensive and accurate record.
Collaborative Efforts for Systemic Change:
We recognize that true progress comes from collaboration. Our coalition seeks to foster a collective effort to ease the burden on our justice system, working with digital reporters in partnership with traditional stenographers. Together, we can implement solutions that not only address the immediate challenges posed by the stenographer shortage but also contribute to long-term accessibility in the justice system.
